Advanced Laboratory Testing	Routine and advanced testing, advanced lipid testing gives more detailed breakdown and checks particle size which is related to blockage in the arteries, Cardio CRP, detects inflammatory chemicals from blockages forming in the arteries of the body
Hearing Screening	By Audioscope, tones are presented between 500-4000hz, the patient is asked to indicate when they hear the tone, detects hearing loss
Vision Screening	Visual Acuity Testing, detects vision loss
Color Vision Screening	This test is designed to evaluate the quality of your color vision (identifies possible areas of color blindness)
Pulmonary Function Test (Lungs)	Determine how well your lungs work, how much air your lungs can hold, how quickly you can move air in and out of your lungs. The tests can diagnose lung diseases and measure the severity of lung problems.
Fitness Analysis by Certified Personal Trainer	Measures Aerobic fitness, flexibility, strength, agility

3-day Diet Analysis and recommendations by Registered Dietician	Patient is required to diary 3 days of dietary intake, report provides daily totals of cal, fat, fiber, carbs, etc. and gives recommendations for optimal daily requirements according to age, weight and height
Wellness and Lifestyle Assessment	Questions/recommendations cover: general health, eating habits/nutrition, exercise habits, smoking history, stress levels and safety measure
Nasal Laryngoscopy	Checks the larynx and vocal cords for abnormalities
Cardiovascular Stress Testing (Treadmill)	The test can show if the blood supply is reduced in the arteries that supply the heart during exercise. It also helps doctors know the kind and level of exercise appropriate for a patient
CT of the Abdomen, Pelvis and Chest	Identifies organ tumors, inflammation, malfunction, benign tumors, cancer, & abnormalities of the chest and lungs
CT of the Coronary Arteries with Calcium Scoring	Identifies plaque build-up in the arteries and detects Coronary Artery Disease in its earlies stages
Thallium Stress Testing (Nuclear Medicine)	Combines the traditional cardiovascular treadmill with Nuclear Medicine to allow for not only tracings, but actual images of the heart, analyzing blood flow at rest and stress with the use of radioisotopes injected intravenous.
