Comprehensive Physical Exam & Consultation with Physician	Physician spends between 2-3 hrs with patient on the day of their physical
Stool for Occult Blood	Screens for blood in the stool
Advanced Laboratory Testing	Routine and advanced testing, advanced lipid testing gives more detailed breakdown and checks particle size which is related to blockage in the arteries, Cardio CRP, detects inflammatory chemicals from blockages forming in the arteries of the body
Hearing Screening	By Audioscope, tones are presented between 500-4000hz, the patient is asked to indicate when they hear the tone, detects hearing loss
Vision Screening	Visual Acuity Testing, detects vision loss
Color Vision Screening	This test is designed to evaluate the quality of your color vision (identifies possible areas of color blindness). Color vision changes can be an early detection of macular or optic nerve problems.
Pulmonary Function Test (Lungs)	Determines how well your lungs work, how much air your lungs can hold, how quickly you can move air in and out of your lungs. The tests can diagnose lung diseases and measure the severity of lung problems.
Fitness Analysis by Certified Personal Trainer	Measures Aerobic fitness, flexibility, strength, agility
Body Fat % by Certified Personal Trainer	Measures 7 key body points to determine a total % of fat/weight
Nutritional Review	Review of nutrition and nutritional habits
Wellness and Lifestyle Assessment	Questions/recommendations cover: general health, eating habits/nutrition, exercise habits, smoking history, stress levels and safety measure
Stress Management and Work/Life Balance Session	We will assist you in uncovering potential "stress triggers" in your life that may be interfering with your ability to operate at an optimum level at home and/or at work. We will discuss healthy thought patterns, behaviors, fitness and diet changes that will most certainly increase your performance both professionally and personally.
Nasal Laryngoscopy	Checks the larynx and vocal cords for abnormalities
Carotid Doppler	Ultrasound test that screens for vascular disease and stroke risk. Looks at the body's two carotid arteries, which are located on each side of the neck and carry blood from the heart to the brain, provides information about these blood vessels and the blood flow through them.
Cardiovascular Stress Testing (Treadmill)	The test can show if the blood supply is reduced in the arteries that supply the heart during exercise. It also helps doctors know the kind and level of exercise appropriate for a patient

CT of the Coronary Arteries with Calcium Scoring	Identifies plaque build-up in the arteries and detects Coronary Artery Disease in its earlies stages
CT Reconstructive Virtual Colonography	This no sedation colonoscopy uses CT technology to screen for colon abnormalities such as colon polyps, colon cancer, and other things. No sedation is necessary.				$500 if added to a Gold Plus Pkg
