Our medically supervised, 10 week program is a short 18 hour total commitment of time. We spread it out to make it convenient.
We teach you to integrate things such as healthy exercise, good eating habits, work/home life balance, and how to get adequate sleep. There is also an emphasis on making your relationships healthy and finding joy in everyday life.
