Includes your choice of Gold, Gold Plus, or Platinum Exam. Includes imaging services such as CTs, MRIs, and x-rays. This program also includes 24/7 access for primary care through your Executive Medicine provider over the course of a year.

The Diamond Access Concierge Program is our highest level program. Members receive enhanced screenings, priority scheduling, and optional age-management services like hormone or peptide therapy, along with 24/7 access to their physician.

The VO2MAX stress test is a great way to gather useful information about your lungs and heart health. During your stress test, a device is attached to your mouth and nose that measures the gas exchange during exercise. Many patients find this test to be invaluable.

The report will contain:

Cardiac health status based on gas exchange to your lungs and heart
Basal metabolic rate (BMR) which is the number of calories at which you maintain weight (a higher number will cause weight gain and a lower number of calories will allow for weight loss)
Fitness level or current VDOT number and goal VDOT
A detailed schedule of exercise that will help you reach your goal VDOT (fitness goal threshold)
The METS at which you burn calories and what exercises and activities fall within that METS level

The Platinum Concierge Program includes all the services in Gold, along with a computed tomography (CT) scan of your abdomen, chest, and pelvis. You also receive a coronary calcium score, virtual colonography, VO2MAX stress test, and imaging tests for the entire year.

Platinum Plus Concierge Program

Platinum Plus gives you all the services in Gold and Platinum, along with fitness, nutritional, and executive coaching services for the year.

Family Concierge Program

The Family Concierge Program is ideal for people who want to include medical coverage for their child (under age 26). The program includes everything in Gold and Platinum, plus medical care for your child. You can add additional children for an extra fee.

How much does concierge medicine cost at Executive Medicine of Texas?

Our concierge medicine membership programs are billed annually. Each tier includes an executive physical and a range of additional services, levels of access and benefits. Some programs focus on performance medicine, hormone management or family coverage, allowing you to choose the program that best fits your needs.

Do I still need health insurance?

Yes.

Concierge medicine does not replace health insurance. Executive Medicine of Texas does not bill insurance for any membership services. All services are self-pay.

Most patients keep health insurance for hospital stays, specialist visits, imaging or services outside their concierge plan.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Concierge members receive priority scheduling. Same- or next-day visits are available.

Urgent concerns are addressed right away.
Same-day needs are handled as quickly as possible.
Non-urgent questions are typically answered within a few hours.
Diamond Access Concierge and Ruby Concierge members may also receive local house calls within a 15-mile radius of the office, as outlined in their program.

Note: “24/7 access” means you can call, text, email, or message a physician directly through the patient portal.
