Aesthetics & med spa services at Executive Medicine of Texas

Offering a variety of aesthetic services to feel & look your best

We understand that how you look and how you feel are closely connected. That’s why we offer luxury aesthetic services and concierge medicine designed around your goals, your health and your natural appearance.

Each service is built around your needs. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our team can help guide you to the right option.

Why aesthetics?

As we age, changes in the skin become more visible. Facial expressions, lower collagen levels and everyday stress can all contribute to fine lines and wrinkles.

Aesthetic treatments are designed to support the skin and soften visible signs of aging while keeping your natural look.

At Executive Medicine of Texas, the goal is simple. Help you look refreshed and natural, not different.

Our experienced providers — Dr. Roshni Patel, Dr. Mary Ward, Randi True, PA-C, Sarah Kim, PA-C — create personalized care plans based on your unique goals, skin and facial structure. Every plan starts with a consultation.

Featured Services

BOTOX®

Botox is an FDA-approved injectable treatment. It works by relaxing specific facial muscles that cause lines from repeated movement.

This helps smooth the appearance of wrinkles such as forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet.

SLIM SHOTS

Slim Shots are weekly injectable treatments that include vitamin B-12 and lipo-B amino acids. They support metabolic health and overall wellness.

Some patients report improved energy and sleep quality over time.*

DYSPORT®

Dysport is an FDA-approved injectable used to soften lines caused by facial movement. It works by relaxing targeted facial muscles, similar to Botox.

This helps smooth wrinkles while keeping natural facial expression.

SCULPTRA®

Sculptra is an FDA-approved injectable that helps stimulate natural collagen production. It works gradually by supporting the skin’s structure over time instead of adding instant volume.

This helps improve skin firmness, texture and facial contours.

THERAPEUTIC FACIALS

Therapeutic facials are customized skin treatments designed for your individual skin needs. They work by combining targeted technologies and skincare techniques to support improved texture, better hydration and a more refreshed appearance.

FILLERS (COMING SOON)

Fillers are a popular non-surgical option for concerns like lip volume, nasolabial folds and under-eye hollowing. These injections help restore volume, smooth lines and enhance facial contours. Results are immediate and can last six months to two years.

Aesthetic injectable treatments

Injectable treatments at Executive Medicine of Texas are selected based on your facial structure, skin condition and personal goals. Every treatment begins with a consultation so your provider can recommend the right option for you.

These treatments are often used to soften lines, support skin structure and improve overall facial balance while maintaining a natural appearance.

Botox

Price: $15/unit

Botox is often used when facial expression lines become more noticeable over time, especially in areas like the forehead, between the eyebrows and around the eyes.

Your provider will evaluate how your facial muscles move and may recommend this service as part of a plan to help soften these lines while keeping your natural expression.

Treatments are typically brief, and results develop gradually after your visit.

Dysport

Price: $5/unit

Dysport may be recommended for patients looking to address moderate to strong expression lines. It is often chosen when a slightly broader treatment area is needed or when a different onset profile may better match your goals.

Your provider will determine whether this or another injectable is the best fit based on your anatomy and treatment plan.

Results typically develop within a few days and are maintained with periodic treatments.

Disclaimer: This information is for educational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or guarantee outcomes. Individual results vary. A consultation with a licensed medical professional is required to determine whether any aesthetic services are appropriate.

Sculptra

Price: $800/vial

Sculptra helps restore lost volume and improve skin firmness by encouraging your body to make more collagen. It is a good option for people who want gradual, natural-looking results instead of an immediate change.

Treatment is done over a series of visits, not all at once. As a general guide, many people need about one vial for every decade of life, although some may need more based on their goals and amount of volume loss.

Because Sculptra depends on your body’s natural healing response, it may not be right for people with certain autoimmune conditions or those taking immunosuppressive medications.

Results appear slowly over several months and continue to improve over time.

Body lymphatic options may also include:

  • Legs (20 min per leg, upper thigh)
